About Alchemize With Sunshine

Our Philosophy

 At Alchemize with Sunshine, I believe in the transformative power of breath through the deeply healing practice of Rebirthing Breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao & Usui Reiki. 


I embrace the idea that each breath is an opportunity for spiritual healing and self-discovery.  My practice is rooted in the belief that breath is not just a physiological function, but a vital tool for alchemy—turning our challenges into growth and light. 


By creating safe spaces for private and group sessions, I guide individuals to connect deeply with their breath and their own energy, unlocking the potential for profound change and personal empowerment. Together, we journey towards greater awareness, joy, and authenticity, illuminating the path to your true self. 


I hold private and group breathwork sessions across Sydney, with the option of Reiki included. I also run sacred Cacao ceremonies, where we co-create in making this special heart-opening medicine and then create space for open hearts to connect. See 'Services Provided' for more info!

Sunshine's Story

 I still vividly recall the first time I experienced breathwork—a moment forever etched in my heart and soul. With no prior knowledge or expectations, I stepped into my first session early in my spiritual healing journey, unaware of the profound transformation awaiting me. Little did I know, this experience would ignite my passion for breathwork and its remarkable ability to heal even the deepest wounds I hadn't realised were there.


My journey began at 19, when I thought I had found the love of my life. Love, in its purest form, is a breathtaking experience—uplifting, light, warm, and liberating. Yet, love’s shadow can be deeply debilitating, inflicting pain and leaving scars that run deep.


I soon found myself trapped in a ten-year emotionally and financially abusive relationship, isolated from friends and family. I believed this was my life for the foreseeable future. By the time I mustered the courage to leave, I had lost touch with my true self, buried under years of pain and self-doubt.


In my quest for healing, I began to unearth the vibrant essence of Sunshine that lay dormant within me. Breathwork became a pivotal part of my reclamation journey, helping me navigate the wounds I had carried for so long. Through this practice, I connected with my inner child and found the path to forgiveness, allowing me to embrace my authentic self once more. I was well on my way to fostering my spiritual growth and personal development. Breathwork became my beacon of hope, illuminating the way to my authentic self. 


As I embraced the profound benefits of breathwork, I felt a calling to guide others on their transformative journeys. I completed my training with Embodied Breath Academy, and the expert guidance of Karina Kalilah. 


My mission is to help others to alchemize their wounds and rediscover their true selves!
